What the scoring catches
- No situation. "I dealt with a difficult client" — when? Where? What was at stake?
- No task. What was your specific responsibility, versus the team's?
- No action. "I worked with the team" is not an action.
- No result. The single most common gap. Every answer needs a "what changed" line.
- Filler. "Passionate about," "team player," "results-driven."
- Length. Under 45 seconds is thin; over 2 minutes loses the interviewer.
