Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Jobeefy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Jobeefy is a software tool that helps you write resumes and cover letters, find roles, and rehearse interviews — primarily for the Canadian job market. We are not a recruiter, employer, or immigration advisor. AI-generated suggestions are starting points; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to employers or government bodies.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobeefy.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share keys or seats.

Free tier: 20 AI generations per day, supported by ads. Pro: paid subscription with no daily cap and no ads. PDF Unlock: a one-time purchase tied to a single resume. Pro renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in Settings.

You can connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. When connected, AI requests are billed to your provider account, not Jobeefy. You're responsible for your provider's fees and usage limits.

• Don't use Jobeefy to misrepresent yourself to employers, governments, or schools.
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't scrape, resell, or rate-limit-bust the service.
• Don't attempt to extract or reverse-engineer other users' data.

You own everything you create on Jobeefy. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the product. We don't sell your content and we don't train models on it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse free-tier limits.

Jobeefy is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific job outcomes, interview results, or visa decisions. Use your judgement before submitting anything generated by AI.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
