Rewrite your whole resume in Jobeefy
The Coach scans your full resume, finds every weak bullet, and rewrites them in one click — with version history.
How to write resume bullets that recruiters actually read
- Every bullet should answer: what did you do, what changed because of it, by how much.
- Open with an action verb. Skip 'Responsible for' and 'Helped with' — they say nothing.
- If you can't put a number on it, use scope (team size, region, budget) or outcome (shipped, reduced, won).
- One bullet per sentence. One idea per bullet. Two lines max.
- Most resumes have 14–22 bullets total. Make every one earn its space.
The action + impact + metric formula
Strong bullets follow a pattern recruiters can read in one second: action verb → what you did → outcome with a number. That's it. Get the pattern right and the rest takes care of itself.
When the number isn't yours to claim (you contributed but didn't own the outcome), say so honestly: "contributed to" or "on a team that". Recruiters read fake metrics in one glance and discount the whole resume.
How to use this rewriter
- Paste one bullet. Don't paste your whole resume — you'll get sharper results bullet by bullet.
- Add the role context (title + company type) so the model uses the right verbs.
- Pick the strongest of the three variants. Edit the numbers to match reality.
- Repeat for every bullet. Most resumes need 20 minutes of bullet work to lift the ATS score 15 points.

- Repeating the same verb 6 times in one job.
