The fastest way to reach us
Email hello@jobeefy.app. A real person replies, usually within one or two business days. We read every message — product feedback shapes what we build next, and bug reports jump the queue.
If you're writing about a specific tool, blog post, or account, please paste the URL so we can go straight to what you're seeing. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer faster.
What to email about
- Product feedback — features you want, bugs you hit, things that confused you, or a workflow you wish were smoother. We ship weekly and take reader requests seriously.
- Support — account issues, sign-in trouble, billing questions, data export or deletion. Include the email address on the account if you can — it speeds things up.
- Privacy & data requests — access, correction, deletion, or portability requests under PIPEDA or applicable provincial law. Put "Privacy" in the subject line.
- Security disclosures — responsible-disclosure reports for vulnerabilities. Put "Security" in the subject and we'll respond within one business day.
- Partnerships — career services, settlement agencies, colleges, universities, and employers with a Canadian hiring focus.
- Press & media — quotes, interviews, product info, or founder background.
Response times
We aim to reply within one business day for support and privacy questions, and within two business days for feedback, partnerships, or press. Canadian statutory holidays add a day. If you don't hear back within a week, please resend — occasionally a message ends up in spam.

What we can't help with
Jobeefy is a tools and content company, not an immigration consultancy or recruitment agency. We can't file LMIA paperwork on your behalf, place you with a specific employer, provide legal immigration advice, or guarantee interview outcomes. For regulated immigration help, use an RCIC in good standing with the CICC or a Canadian immigration lawyer.
