The action-impact-metric formula
- Action verb. "Rebuilt", "cut", "shipped", "coached" — not "was responsible for."
- Specific impact. What actually changed? Volume, speed, quality, revenue, cost, satisfaction.
- Real metric. A number, ideally two — before and after, or per unit time. If you don't have one, the AI asks for it.
